Trann Tech has incorporated a revolutionary drying system in the
operation. This Trann system utilizes a unique
electro-convection drying system. The advantages of this system
prove to be far superior to typical gas, steam and thermal oil
systems. Most important, the heat inside the dryer is cleaner
and more stable allowing for the processing of delicate coatings
and fabrics. It is also extremely versatile which allows for
slower processing speeds of specialized coatings to higher
production speeds for bulk production.
Additionally, there is only slight heat deviation from
side-center-side allowing for pigment dyeing of products without
heat fading. |
